The Nova Scotia Supreme Court is the first superior court to apply the common law within the boundaries of what is now Canada and in 2004 celebrated its 250th year.

Today there are 5 levels of Courts in Nova Scotia. Small Claims Court, Bankruptcy and Probate Court, Provincial Court, Supreme Court and the Court of Appeal. Our lawyers have experience in all Courts of Nova Scotia.
